Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, and made available under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This data is
publicly available at epc.opendatacommunities.org.
Company and director information is sourced from Companies House public data, also available under the Open Government
Licence v3.0.
Properties are additionally enriched using publicly available web data and AI-assisted matching. This enrichment process
is automated and may introduce errors, omissions, or mismatches — particularly in company-to-address matching and
director identification.

Refund policy
A full refund is available on request if we are unable to deliver a city pack. Refunds are not available once a pack has
been delivered.
